Buyer Personas are a semi-fictional representation our ideal customer. They are based in research and direct experience working with and talking with our customers.
They are a “living” document — as we learn more, we’ll modify our Personas to reflect what we know.
By painting a vivid picture of who our buyers are, what they do, what keeps them up at night, and what motivates them, we can better understand, empathize, and present solutions that matter to them. At the end of the day, we exist to help our customers solve their problems.
